Chesterton Humberts has acquired Nottingham based chartered surveying firm Robert Clarke as part of the ongoing expansion of its commercial team.
Robert Clarke was formed in 1923 as an independent equity partnership. Based in the centre of Nottingham, the 15 strong team operates locally and nationally with services including investment, agency, business rates, management, professional services and lease consultancy. The business advises on all commercial property including the licensed sector.

The client list ranges from private individuals to local, regional and national companies including PLCs, banks, local authorities and pension funds.”

Chesterton Humberts existing commercial team in Grantham will move into Robert Clarke’s Nottingham office. They will also be joined by the Nottingham residential team creating a new Chesterton Humberts’ East Midlands Hub.
