Robert King became an Equity Partner of Robert Clarke in 1975 and Managing Partner in 1994.

He is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Corporate Member of the Rating Surveyors’ Association. His knowledge is extensive and in the last twenty years he has dealt primarily with professional work including Valuations for asset purposes; Acquisitions and disposals of property for individual and portfolio clients; Strategic advice to clients with property portfolios; Rating advice on a wide range of property and assessment; Planning advice, including planning appeals and appearing as Expert Witness for Local Authorities; Expert and Independent Expert appointments preparing Expert Witness Reports and conducting Third Party referrals for both Landlords & Tenants in respect of rent reviews.

Simon is an Equity Partner at Robert Clarke and also heads the Property Management Department.

He is principally involved in the Valuation of commercial and industrial properties for secured lending, balance sheet and taxation purposes. Simon also undertakes professional work and lease consultancy including dilapidations and schedules of condition, development appraisals and feasibility reports and property acquisition and disposal. Simon also offers consultancy on issues relating to boundaries, party walls and planning.

He offers the benefit of over 30 years experience in the industry and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

With experience spanning more than 16 years in commercial property, Steve can provide well balanced advice from an unusually wide perspective, having specialised in valuation, lease consultancy (landlord and tenant issues), acquisitions and disposals. He is regularly instructed as Expert Witness in valuation disputes and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Steve’s typical approach through practical application of technical knowledge and market expertise has proven invaluable to a variety of national, regional and local business, “high street” lenders, insolvency practitioners, other professionals and high net worth individuals.

Steve has been an Equity Partner at Robert Clarke since 2002.

With over 19 years experience in the commercial property sector, Victoria has for the past 13 years specialised in Rating, conducting appeals, including giving evidence at Local Valuation Tribunals, on a wide variety of commercial property interests throughout the UK. These include local authority & licensed properties, regional and national portfolios, offices, retail, industrial and motor dealerships.

Victoria represents local, regional and national companies together with numerous local authorities and private individuals. She is also experienced in the provision of rental advice to Healthcare Professionals and in the complex area of compulsory purchase and compensation.

She became an equity partner in 2002 and is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Institute of Revenues Rating & Valuation and the Rating Surveyors’ Association.

Joining Robert Clarke in 2005 as Associate Partner, Mike is an experienced Valuer, based in the Home Counties and with strong knowledge of the market in London and the south. Mike’s 40 years of experience brings width and depth of expertise to the Rating team.

Former Head of Licensed Leisure at Chesterton, London, Mike also deals with a variety of valuations, rent reviews, expert witness work, specialising in licensed and leisure property, particularly pubs, hotels, theatres, and cinemas.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a member of the Rating Surveyors’ Association.

Matthew has over ten years experience in the East Midlands property market.

His main area of specialism is commercial property agency and, in particular, the acquisition and disposal of premises. Matthew continues to be involved in many of the region’s high profile schemes.

He also routinely advises on property development and investment covering all property sectors and locations throughout the UK.

An established and valuable member of the agency & professional teams, Adam first came to Robert Clarke as a placement student, later graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Real Estate Management from Nottingham Trent University. Adams previous experience, acquiring and assembling development sites in the Thames Valley gives breadth and perspective to client advice."

Ann joined Robert Clarke in 1990 as partnership secretary. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries with 30 years experience and provides a valuable support role to the business, partnership and management teams.
