Simon is an Equity Partner at Robert Clarke and also heads the Property Management Department.
He is principally involved in the Valuation of commercial and industrial properties for secured lending, balance sheet and taxation purposes. Simon also undertakes professional work and lease consultancy including dilapidations and schedules of condition, development appraisals and feasibility reports and property acquisition and disposal. Simon also offers consultancy on issues relating to boundaries, party walls and planning.
He offers the benefit of over 30 years experience in the industry and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. |
