With over 19 years experience in the commercial property sector, Victoria has for the past 13 years specialised in Rating, conducting appeals, including giving evidence at Local Valuation Tribunals, on a wide variety of commercial property interests throughout the UK. These include local authority & licensed properties, regional and national portfolios, offices, retail, industrial and motor dealerships.
Victoria represents local, regional and national companies together with numerous local authorities and private individuals. She is also experienced in the provision of rental advice to Healthcare Professionals and in the complex area of compulsory purchase and compensation.
She became an equity partner in 2002 and is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Institute of Revenues Rating & Valuation and the Rating Surveyors’ Association.
